I dunno. My memory of the Clinton years is different from that woman’s. What I remember is that, very early on, Hillary tried to put together a comprehensive health care plan when no one else was talking about it, and the Republicans (and the “liberal” media) went nuts, slammed the door in her face and told her to butt out. “Go bake some cookies!” I do not remember that she talked it up before the election and then dropped it when they moved into the White House. Not at all.

It was the reverse, she started a panel after January 1993 and was crushed by the the Repugs. Bill let her die.
