The only problem with that “ad” is that the men would actually be disgusting Tom Delay, Newt Gingrich types who had to pay for the girls.

Is everyone still registering their yachts in Delawars for tax purposes?
trueblue: I have been straight out with a lot of complicated stuff but I haven’t forgotten that I need to get back to you.
Is one of those gals wearing the same white sunglasses from the second Billy Jack movie?

dbadass… Breezy and his co-rebelious-patriots made a Youtube video entitled “Flat Ladd”. You can view it by searching Youtube for Miscellaneous Island. It’s somewhat funny and would be better if it had sub-titles but you can view a recent picture of Breezy.

Hey, db.
No problem.
I’m around.
Actually, I think I’m going to have to change my email address by the end of the week.
If so, I’ll let you know.
Hope all is well.

Actually, the “yacht” tax is a tough call. Awhile back, either the States or the Feds raised the “luxury tax” on such things as yachts. It was soon discovered that those who could afford a yacht, could afford to buy one neither made nor registered in the U.S. It put a serious crimp in the U.S. boatbuilding industry.
Let’s face it, we’ve allowed the transfer of a huge amount of wealth into off-shore accounts, perpetual trusts with spend-thrift clauses… I don’t know how we’ll ever rein in the damage. In fact, Republicans seem hell-bent on making a ruling dynasty class permenant. Problem is, they are at the point now where they can just take their money and leave. I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a quiet movement to convert their holdings into Euros or the British Pound.
In short, raising the yacht tax is good PR, but lousy policy. Taxing the ruling class has got to be more comprehensive than that. And a comprehensive tax on the wealthy class ain’t gonna happen.

BnF - you are probably right. If the wealthy leave this country, where might they go? Let’s hope, Paraguay with their thieving president.

If I understand correctly, the land Bush allegedly bought in Paraguay is sitting over the largest fresh-water aquifer in South America.
The wealthy class could build quite a fortress there. And I wouldn’t be surprised if they managed to cut a deal whereby Blackwater would supplant the Secret Service’s duty of protecting an ex-president.

As long as the US taxpayers don’t have to pay Blackwater, Bush can rot away in Paraquay.
If traitor Bush is sitting on the largest aquifer, does that mean he owns the water?

could be.
If you take a look at what the World Bank is doing to 3rd world countries - forcing them to give up all water rights to multi-nationals, even rain water cannot be captured in cisterns as the indigenious peoples have done for thousands of years….
Now, put that together with companies like Monsanto, controlling all seeds.
You have the makings of an oligarchy which controlls all water and crops. A perfect recipie for starving billions of people to death - total global domination. All in the name of “progress” and corporate profits. Oh, and in the Name of Jesus, too.
