Palin allies: She’s no diva
I was listening to the rebroadcast of Friday’s Thom Hartmann show, and the idea was put forward that these unattributed slams of Palin are being put out by former Romney supporters who joined the McCain campaign after Romney dropped out of the primaries. The idea is to disparage Palin now to send her back to Alaska in enough disgrace to leave the field clear for Romney in 2012.

In re: Palin. Whatever happened to all those PUMAs or cougars or whatever they were? The so-called Clinton voters who were going to switch to McCain from outrage over the treatment of Hillary?
It’s not possible that they either never existed or were Republicans switching over to vote in the Democratic primaries, right? Right?
Because I haven’t heard anything about them for quite some time and they certainly failed to swing anything for John McCain.
