Besides that Obama was happy to stuff the regulators with Goldman old boys, on this front I agree with the Teabaggers….. government is for the croooks, by the crooks and of the rest of us. Obama decided early that this was ‘business as usual’.

TtT, the crooks will win if you let them. Youdesperately need a shift in power. Only when the jobs of your congressmen and -women are on the line and the will of the people is stronger than the lobbyists’ dollars something will change.
It’s the same with the healthcare debate. If the lobbyists dollars can’t buy lawmakers a seat in Congress anymore, because the voters judge them by their actions and not by their advertisements on tv, will lawmakers realize they finally run a greater risk by listening to the industry than by listening to you. This is an uphill struggle for you all but worth the fight. You made a huge step in the right direction last November but you’re nowhere near the end of the battle.
