My favorite Patrick Swayze movie To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything.

Thanks for the laughs, Patrick.  Sorry you had to go so soon…

  1. I just read the news.

thank you, Zooey, for putting up the tribute.

Having portrayed the recently deceased in “Ghost”, I wonder, is he now saying, “been there, done that!”

or is it more like, “gee, it’s nothing like in the movies!”

Thanks, Patrick, for all you’ve given.

    Peace and Blessings.

  2. To a great actor.

    Yes, even Roadhouse!@!

May you reincarnate as a happy animal in some deep forest, Patrick.

  3. Sorry, I was thinking about Point Break. I thought the stunts in the film were just breathtaking and I was as impressed as those dudes in Hot Fuzz by the man-man relationship the porn-star named Johnny Utah, played by ‘Keeno’ Reeves, and Swayze’s surfer-philosopher…

  4. According to the press Swayze = Ghost and Dirty Dancing, the end.

But I prefer to remember him for To Wong Foo. and the SNL Chippendales skit with Chris Farley.

  5. Patrick, your movies were always entertaining. To Wong Foo is my personal favorite with Tall Tales close behind. I can even forgive you for Red Dawn, you were young and hungry. And your Alan Quartermain was top notch.

As to Roadhouse, well it did have Jeff Healey and Sam Elliot so it wasn’t a total waste.

Overall, ya done good. Enjoy your rest.
