RIP Soupy Sales

I was too young to understand his show when I was a kid, but I loved it anyway. He always had so much fun in front of the camera, how could you not laugh?

I loved his show when we lived back east and I was, oh, 12 or 13. It must have cost a fortune to make that show each day, maybe two or three bucks.

I LOVED Soupy Sales when I was a kid. I never missed it. I’m trying to remember, but I think I was 6 or seven. We moved around a lot, but I remember watching it when I lived in California.
