They just hate Obama. I think the worse case of disrespect was Cheney in the wheelchair at the Inauguration. I believe he just didn’t want to stand and honor Obama. Ted K. made it in walking and he was in much worse than Cheney. They hate that he’s POTUS worse than they hated Clinton.
