1) Not being alergic to shellfish.

2) Lobster

3) Blue Crab

4) Oysters

5) Clams

6) King Crab

7) Snow Crab

8 ) Shrimp

9) Neu Herring in Amsterdam in the Spring.

10) The innocence in young girls. Boys seem to be into cars and mud before they shed their pacifiers.

You would love the neu herring. It is grated fresh herring (raw) with grated onion and lettuce on a hoagie. They even liven it up with a version of Italian dressing (without garlic or cheese) that uses just a tad of the most intensive vinegar this side of Heaven.

Not sure about the raw fish. Is it smoked? All fish have wormy parasites which I prefer to eat only after they have been killed either by cooking or smoking.

I’ve also heard the “Planet Earth” series is excellent. I saw it at Costco (I think) for about $70. I’ll ahve to see if the uni library has it.

You all are talking seafood without me? When you can steer clear of those shrimp. The farmed ones are an environmental nightmare and the wild caught ones come with a ridiculous amount of bycatch. Tasty but really problematic
