She must be a tough cookie if it takes three armored cops with truncheons to, what, take her down? It’s a good thing they’ve got at least one more cop in reserve.
Canary assed sods the cops are.
They are searching protesters for gloves and confiscate the gloves. I was totally flabbergasted at this, but then one of the activists explained. It is a measure against “schottern” which loosely translates as “rubble-ing”. Activists are taking out the rubble from under the rails, so the transport can’t go on. They chain themselves to the rails as well. By now some 1200 protesters are blocking the rails. It is going to be a long night. I am almost sorry I am about 1000miles from here and slightly too old for this by now.
Judging by the armor I was going to say they have to be wearing reinforced cups but then, they probably don’t have any balls to protect.
Tiny at best..
It would not surprise me if she ended up with a cracked knee – that one s.o.b. is at the ready position for inflicting major pain.
Jeebus…

we have a nuclear waste repository here in New Mexico…2500 feet underground in a salt bed. they transport the the waste by truck in lead cased containers.
pretty weird, and worrisome.
