Well, Jennifer Granholm can’t run for President, but Alison can. Republicans freaked out when they thought McTurtle would have to run against Ashley Judd. Mitch wishes he could run against Ashley now. Alison for 2024!
I want to divest my assets here and move to a bluer state, but it won’t be Kentucky.

Of course Alan Grayson wasn’t chosen by Pelosi to be on the Benghazi probe.
Cummings, Smith, Schiff, Sanchez and Duckworth, are the five members participating.
Duckworth may be a more diplomatic stand-in for Grayson, but hell, why is Nancy pulling her damn punches at this point?
Each of the five Democrats sits on a committee that has played a prior role in investigating the Benghazi attack.
I think Elijah Cummings didn’t want to be upstaged by anybody.

Ed Schultz is leaving radio, starting the Tuesday after Memorial Day.
He’s going to do a one hour show that he’ll put on his wegoted website. Free, thank goodness. 🙂
Doesn’t surprise me. Half his shows are ‘Best of Ed’ repeats anyway. He either doesn’t have time for both the radio and TV show each weekday, or his heart isn’t in keeping it going any longer. Mike Rogers has been his most recent regular sub. The ad revenue is probably too low to pay everyone to keep doing it anymore.
I’ll be most interested to hear what Nicole Sandler says about this tomorrow.
The real question is, who is going to replace him in that time slot?
