  1. The chatter last night was that White House Chief of Staff would be fired today. Tillerson called HWSNBN a moron, so he’s probably out too. KellyAnne Conway keeps hitching rides on expensive charter flights, so her situation is iffy. Stephen ‘Butt’ Munchin rang up over $800k on his jet-setting around the world, at taxpayers’ expense. The military advisers keep telling Trump not to blow up the Iran Nuke deal, and he doesn’t like it when he’s disagreed with.
So, what did he mean by ‘the calm before the storm’?

    • Hahahah…‘Butt’ Munchin ..how apropos…Let’s hope HWSNBN fires everybody, especially his family, then Melania can divorce him, take all his money and we’ll see him wandering the streets of Manhattan selling aged rotten steaks for a quarter…
calm before storm is code for ‘I’m gonna nuke those chi**s (not knowing that chi**s is slurring the Chinese, not the N. Koreans)

  2. The September jobs report showed a negative 33,000 jobs created last month. I would presume the hurricanes had a lot to do with that.

    • Those hurricanes: how much damage did they do to jobs in, say, Honolulu, Seattle, Portland, San Fran, LA, San Diego, Phx, Vegas, SLC, Denver, Albuquerque, Twin Cities, St Louis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Detroit. Pittsburgh, Philly, NYC, Boston, B’more, even El Paso and DFW in Tejas?

So i.o.w., it’s ONLY E. Tejas, Florida, the deep South, and Puerto Rico where jobs are created in the US?

Honest to god, I didn’t know that.

      • Jobs in Florida and Texas that are on hiatus due to storm damage are subtracted from the ‘created’ jobs in other parts of the US, I think.

        • Even with a Republican governor in both Tejas and Flo, — Abbott and Scott — both of them bright-spots-of-light holdovers from Obama’s devastating national-destruction darkness. Fascinating.

Looks like nothing or nobody — not even Num Dong Don — will be able to pull us out of that horrible and destructive quagmire that Obama forced onto us. How sad. 🙄

        • As Usual, Fox Does GOP Bidding On Jobs Numbers

Fox Business Network’s Stuart Varney opened up his show touting Trump’s economy, calling it a success story!

The jobs report released this morning shows the economy losing 33,000 jobs, and most analysts blame the series of hurricanes hitting the southeastern US for the decline.

See? Trump had nothing to do with it!

          […]

Even with the Hurricanes, according to Bloomberg News economists believed modest gains of at least 80,00 jobs would have occurred.

The NY Times said that the hurricanes certainly affected payroll gains, but not jobs.

The hurricanes that roared through Florida, Texas and neighboring states knocked down September’s national payroll totals. But whatever damage the storms caused, Wall Street analysts do not expect it to significantly undermine the labor market over the long term.

Varney who loves to toss around numbers since he is a “stock market” show didn’t have any numbers to toss around to prove his points.

Like Trump, as long as he said it, it must be true.

    • Turns out that Oscar Hammerstein II defined Trump, not long after Num Dong Don was born, in this lyric from “South Pacific” (1949 premier on B’way):

You’ve got to be taught to hate and fear
You’ve got to be taught from year to year
It’s got to be drummed in your dear little ear
You’ve got to be carefully taught

You’ve got to be taught to be afraid
Of people whose eyes are oddly made
And people whose skin is a diff’rent shade
You’ve got to be carefully taught

You’ve got to be taught before it’s too late
Before you are six or seven or eight
To hate all the people your relatives hate
You’ve got to be carefully taught

      Bingo.
