Fear of the number 13 has purportedly been around since ancient times and has been attributed to various sources, from the Babylonian Code of Hammurabi, to Christian tradition, to the Norse Vikings, as well as to the early Persians.  However, the number 13 is considered lucky by today’s Birthday Boy, and is his favorite number.

I couldn’t resist.

But, honestly, I am still really impressed by the change that has been brought on this year. Seen from the outside it is much more, than you all maybe realize. For me personally it means “reason” has returned to the White House. And that is a welcome relief, believe me.

There is a rough road ahead, but for today I wish your President a Happy Birthday and may he stay safe and healthy.
