[Queensryche] band did a series of interviews with veterans from WWII through Iraq to attempt to get into their heads and understand their thoughts and feelings, then wrote the album to reflect the Soldiers point of view on things. It doesn’t try to say if we are right or wrong, left or right. It doesn’t take a political look at things. This is the one time I think someone has finally gotten it right in telling our story.
